§ 224. Form of records.

A corporation may keep its records by any storage method, including distributed electronic networks, provided the records can be converted into clearly legible paper form within a reasonable time. This paper form

  • shall be produced upon the request of any person entitled to inspect such records pursuant to any provision of this chapter, and
  • is accepted for all purposes to the same extent as an original paper record would have been, provided the paper form accurately portrays the record.
