§ 229. Waiver of notice.

Any notice required by this chapter, the charter, or the bylaws (“required notice”), may be waived by the person entitled thereto in signed writing or by electronic transmission. Attendance of a meeting constitutes waiver of notice thereof, except attendance for the express purpose of objecting at the beginning of the meeting, to the transaction of any business because the meeting is not lawfully called or convened. The waiver need not state the business or purpose of the meeting unless so required by the charter or the bylaws.
