§ 101. Incorporators; how corporation formed; purposes.

1. Any natural or juridical person may incorporate a corporation under this chapter by filing with the Division of Corporations in accordance with § 103 (a) – (c).
2. A corporation may be incorporated to conduct or promote any lawful business or purposes.
3. Corporations for constructing, maintaining and operating public utilities within this State shall also be subject to Title 26.
